Welcome back to the Epistle, all ye faithful. I’ve got big news for you today, so don your ceremonial robes, find your spot in the summoning circle, and light up a taper.
News
At long last it’s time to unveil not one, not two, but three publishing secrets! I’ve got an acquisition announcement, a cover reveal, and a new book announcement to share, so let’s dive right in!
An Acquisition
I’m ecstatic to announce that the marvelous editorial team at Orbit and Orbit UK has acquired my Dracula’s brides retelling, A DOWRY OF BLOOD. The book will be re-released in a sexy new hardcover this October, just in time for spooky season, and ebooks are still available across retailers to read now! If you’re keen on picking up a first edition paperback, there are still limited copies floating around on online retailers, but I suggest you act fast because they’re already starting to sell out, and once they’re gone, they’re gone for good!
A New Installment
If you read the announcement closely you’ll see that this is a two book deal! That means I’ll be writing another book in the DOWRY OF BLOOD universe, which will be coming to you in 2023! I can’t wait to share more with you about this twisty, sexy new installment in the series. And now *drumroll* it’s time to unveil the new DOWRY hardback cover!
A Cover Reveal
I’m thrilled to reveal the new hardback cover for A DOWRY OF BLOOD, designed by Duncan Spilling. Our aim was to maintain the sensuality and gothic flair of Marlowe Lune’s gorgeous original cover while opting for a sleek, striking design, and I’m quite pleased with the result.
An ALL THE RIGHT ANGLES Update
Because of the DOWRY deal and some other projects I can’t talk about filling up my writing schedule (yes, I’m keeping a few more secrets to myself for now), I’m pushing back the pub date of ALL THE RIGHT ANGLES, my indie contemporary romance, indefinitely. Preorders will be refunded, and I’ll keep you up to date with news! Thanks for your enthusiasm for this project, and your patience as I bring it to fruition!
That’s all the news I have for you this week, dearly beloveds. Be safe and well until we two meet again.
